Carmen Young

Carmen Young started her career at Baylor in 2014 as an Office Manager in the Internet Technology Services Division. After 11 years, she promoted to an Administrative Manager position for Facilities Management assisting the Associate Vice President in charge of Facility Services and the Office of Planning & Construction. In 2026, she moved to the Department of Chemistry / Biochemistry in the Baylor Sciences Building as the Administrative Manager in order to be able to serve the students, faculty, and staff. Prior to Baylor, her career was spent in Human Resources Management in the banking and hospitality hotel industry.
